6 Days Marangu Climb
Kilimanjaro Climb the Marangu Way
The Marangu Route is the only path on Kilimanjaro where you sleep in mountain huts, not tents. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for comfort, a steady pace, and a solid chance at reaching the summit.
In just six days, you’ll walk through rainforests, open moorlands, and high-altitude desert. Each day brings new views, new challenges, and new moments to remember. The trail is well-defined, and though it’s considered more gentle than other routes, the climb is still real.
Our team of experienced local guides knows this mountain by heart. With their support, and a plan that helps you adjust to the altitude, you’ll have everything you need to reach Uhuru Peak with confidence.
If you want a meaningful Kilimanjaro experience without camping, the Marangu Route is the perfect path.

Comfort Meets Adventure
The Marangu Route combines comfort and adventure. It's the only route with mountain huts for accommodation, making your climb more comfortable.

Steady Rhythm, Real Challenge
The Marangu Route offers a gradual ascent, but the climb remains challenging. The 6-day itinerary allows for some acclimatization, but success still depends on your fitness and altitude preparation.
Our way on the Marangu Trek
The route may be known as the “Coca-Cola” path, meaning it is relatively easy compared to the more challenging Machame Route which is called the “Whiskey” path, but don’t be fooled — it’s still a real mountain, and we take it seriously. We’ve shaped our 6-day Marangu trek to give you the best chance at success, while making sure you enjoy the experience along the way. Our local guides have walked this trail for years. Some were born in its shadow. They don’t just lead, they share. With every step, you’ll learn about the land, the mountain, and the people who call this place home.
