Alternatively, visitors can fly to the nearby town of Lushoto, which has a small airport with flights from Dar es Salaam or Arusha. Once in Lushoto or the surrounding areas, local transport options, such as taxis and guided tours, are available to explore the Usambara Mountains and their attractions.
