Itinerary
Your day begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. Enjoy a comfortable drive through the Tanzanian countryside as you head towards Serval Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, the sanctuary staff will welcome you and provide a brief overview of the day’s activities.
The mid-morning starts with a guided tour of the sanctuary. You will observe various animals and learn about their behaviors, diets, and habitats from your knowledgeable guide. This tour includes supervised feeding sessions, offering a unique chance to interact with some of the sanctuary’s residents, such as giraffes and ostriches.
After the tour, a packed lunch will be enjoyed at one of the designated picnic areas within the sanctuary. Post-lunch, you can join educational sessions that focus on wildlife conservation efforts and the sanctuary’s rehabilitation programs, deepening your understanding of their work.
Your visit concludes with a leisurely nature walk, allowing you to take in the peaceful environment and perhaps spot some of the sanctuary’s diverse bird species. We will depart the sanctuary in the late afternoon, arriving back in Arusha or Moshi by early evening, completing your day of close wildlife encounters.
